Plans, limits & billing

What your plan controls — sites, check frequency, Site Agent — and what happens at your limits.

What it does

Your plan sets how many sites you can monitor, how often uptime checks run, and whether advanced features like the Site Agent are available. You can see your current plan, usage and subscription status in your billing area.

What your plan controls

Limit What it means
Number of sites How many websites you can monitor at once. The "Add site" form tells you when you've reached it.
Check frequency How often uptime checks run (e.g. every minute on higher plans, less often on lower ones). Set by the plan, not per site.
Site Agent Whether the WordPress Site Agent is available on your plan.

Subscription states

State What it means
Active Everything is running normally.
Trialing You're in a trial period with full access.
Past due / Unpaid A payment failed — update your billing details to avoid losing access; monitoring may be limited.
Canceled The subscription has ended; monitoring stops at the end of the paid period.

Good to know

  • Reaching your site limit doesn't affect existing sites — you just can't add more until you upgrade or archive one.
  • Archiving a site frees a slot while keeping its history.
  • Upgrade any time to add sites, check more frequently, or unlock the Site Agent.
